Job Description:

· Should have knowledge of Real Estate Market and different approaches & methodologies of Real Estate Valuation.

· Experience with on field market value survey and analysis of immovable property

· Preparation and vetting of valuation reports for immovable property.

· Manage the vendors involved in the technical evaluation process

· Vetting of the reports submitted by the empanelled valuers, ensuring that the reports are provided within TAT and responsible for processing of the monthly valuation bills

· Preparation of Construction Finance reports

· Preparation of APF reports

· Work with the underwriting team to develop robust technical evaluation norms.

Qualification: Diploma / BE Civil

Experience : 5+ years of experience in technical valuation for Home Loans & LAP.

CTC: 8 -10 Lakhs

  • Evaluating and analysing the compliance affairs of an organization that would support in advocating the risk associated.
  • Should be able to write compliance policies, undertake compliances for HFC. Sound knowledge of drafting and vetting correspondence with regulatory bodies
  • Conduct conformance visits within organization to identify compliance and process training needs or gaps and communicate these to the Management Team.
  • Should be able to engage with regulatory authorities to facilitate discussions and/or seek specific guidance on critical matters e.g. regulatory observations and non-conformances noted, representations on challenges faced by business in implementation of regulatory guidelines etc.
  • Responsible for routine activities to ensure compliance with policies, internal control, procedure and applicable laws and regulation.
  • Researching and advising on all regulatory notifications, changes and compliance relevant to the company and driving timely implementation on regulatory changes.
  • Ability to review and recommend relevant changes to strategy and products to ensure compliance.
  • Ensuring Compliance with respect various NHB Regulations – Filing of Statutory, Refinance Returns & submission of Refinance application.
  • Ability to interpret ALM statement on Quarterly basis
  • Co-ordination related to refinance activity.
  • Should have had interactions with NHB and successfully concluded NHB audits.
  • Co-ordination for NHB Inspection, Refinance - Credit Inspection, subvention & various other Schemes

Skills/qualification required:

§ Graduate / LLB / CS / CA

§ Good knowledge & Understanding of NHB related process, systems, regulations etc.

§ Should have handled NHB compliance recently

Reporting to: Head Strategy & Projects

Prior experience: Overall Experience Compliance Experience: 5 - 10 yrs; Specific Experience in NHB related Compliance 4+ yrs.

Job Description:

  • Managing one hub location, all its associated spokes and outreach locations
  • Managing the various channel partners servicing his locations
  • Driving sales targets of the assigned locations
  • Ensuring appointment of counselors for lead generation & fulfillment

  • Underwriting of Home loan/ Home Equity proposals recommended by Branch Credit Managers beyond their delegation of powers

  • Maintaining highest standard on quality and will also be responsible for performance of the portfolio of their region

  • Travelling and meeting with customers at their business premises

  • Knowledge of analyzing financial statements which includes Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements
  • Knowledge of different loan products available in the market
